A  5-day challenge for the woman who wants to show up better in her marriage without feeling like she has to be strong all the time, do it all,  and carry the weight of the marriage alone.

This Challenge Will Meet You Right Where You Are

You're doing the best you can. But something still feels off.

You’re showing up every day—managing the household, caring for others, trying to keep the peace.
You're not perfect, but you care deeply. You want your relationship to work. You want to be a better wife.

But maybe...

You feel emotionally distant or disconnected from your spouse

You’re doing most of the emotional work in the relationship

You’re carrying the mental and spiritual load for both of you

You long for more affection, more support, more presence—but you're not getting it

You're tired of repeating the same arguments and emotional patterns

Your partner is there physically but not emotionally

You’re asking yourself: “Is this all there is?”

And maybe, underneath all of that—you’re wondering who you are in all of this.

This Challenge Is For The Woman Who...

...wants her relationship to thrive  but not at the expense of her peace.

It’s for the one who’s been showing up, giving, doing, trying to hold it all together… and still feels like something is missing.

It’s for the woman who’s emotionally tired, spiritually dry, or quietly wondering, “What happened to me?” even if she hasn’t said it out loud.

It’s for the one who’s longing for deeper connection with her partner, but also knows there’s a connection within herself she’s lost along the way.

It’s for the woman who wants to understand herself and her spouse better — to stop reacting and start responding with more emotional clarity and grounded intention.

It’s for the one who’s been in shutdown, stuck in defensiveness, or overwhelmed with irritation… and knows deep down it’s time to soften, to open, to grow.

It’s for the woman who isn’t doing everything, but knows she could be showing up more intentionally not from a place of guilt or blame, but from desire and alignment.

And yes, this challenge is especially for the woman who’s side-eyeing the very idea of “becoming a better wife,” who’s felt the weight of patriarchal expectations and is tired of being told that her value lies in how well she performs for a man.

This is not that.

This is about redefining what it means to be a woman, a wife, a queen, and a daughter of God
on your own terms, in your own timing, and through the lens of healing, purpose, and truth.

What You'll Walk Away With...

Over these 5 days, you’ll:

⭐ Identify patterns in your relationship that are keeping you stuck
⭐ Explore how your early emotional experiences affect your current dynamics
⭐ Begin releasing old roles that no longer serve who you're becoming
⭐ Learn how to reconnect with your emotional truth and spiritual center
⭐ Start building the kind of love you want—from the inside out

This challenge isn’t about blame, perfection, or one-size-fits-all answers.
It’s about transformation from the inside out—so you can show up in love with clarity, power, and peace.

This Is More Than My Work. It’s My Divine Assignment.

I’ve spent over 20 years walking alongside women helping them navigate their relationships, their healing, and their becoming. I’m a trained psychotherapist, a transformational coach, and a spiritual teacher. I’m also a wife of 22 years, a mother of five, and a woman who has done (and is doing) her work.

Alongside my husband, I’m the co-founder of Black Love and Marriage, where we support couples in deepening their connection, improving communication, and rebuilding trust. And I’m also the founder of The Art of Overcoming—a sacred space specifically for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves, do the inner work, and break free from the strongholds that have kept them stuck.

What I know is this:

You can want a better relationship and want more for yourself.
You can love your husband and still feel like you’ve been holding too much.
You can be “strong” and still be spiritually tired, emotionally overwhelmed, and unsure of what you need.

I’ve seen it all—the woman trying to fix the relationship by carrying the weight of it. The woman trying to stay quiet to keep the peace. The woman performing in her marriage and praying for a shift. And I’ve seen the incredible transformation that happens when she finally turns inward… and starts healing from the inside out.

Because I’ve lived it.
I used to call myself a recovering aggresso-holic. I was over-functioning, over-talking, under-healing, and running on fumes. But when I finally stopped performing and started being honest with myself and with God, everything began to shift.

Today, I have a beautiful and intentional marriage, a family I love, and a purpose I walk in every day. But not because it was handed to me—because I committed to the work. And now, I help other women do the same.

So this challenge?
It’s not just a good idea.
It’s an invitation—an answer to the prayer you might not have known you prayed.

If you’ve been asking for space, insight, support, clarity, or peace…
This is it.
But you’ve got to choose it.

Let’s walk this out together.

Inside the Challenge:
4 Powerful Truths We’ll Explore

The Disconnection You Didn't See Coming

The slow erosion of closeness can sneak up on strong, capable women. You’re in the relationship, but you feel far away. We’ll unpack how emotional distance forms—and what to do when it feels like you’re drifting without direction.

Losing Yourself Bit By Bit

You didn’t mean to put yourself last. You were showing up, helping, holding space… until there was none left for you. This is where we face the truth about self-abandonment, not to shame ourselves—but to return home.

Old Stories,
New Struggles

What you’re experiencing now didn’t start in your relationship. It’s a ripple from what came before—childhood dynamics, family patterns, unspoken wounds. Until you see & address the root, the cycle repeats. This is where the deeper healing begins.

The Power Shift

You don’t need your partner to change first. The shift begins when you reconnect with your voice, your truth, your spiritual center. This is about reclaiming the power to lead your healing from within.
