Waddup Fam! I hope ALL is well with you. Just in case you didn't know, my name is Ayize. It's pronounced I - yee - zay. 

About a month ago, I woke up with this message on my mind...."Do Something For Men." I tried to shake it, however, as the day and weeks went by, I was internally nudged over and over again...."Do Something For Men."  

I didn't want to.  I knew that doing something for men would ALSO require me to do something for me.  

Although I didn't want to.....I knew it was time to.  
It was time for me to LEVEL UP.
It was time for me to work on myself.
It was time for me to educate & elevate Men who desire to LEVEL UP too.

Yes, I've accomplished A LOT.  As a trained therapist and relationship coach I've been featured on OWN, TV ONE, Essence, The AFRO, Black Love, The CW Network, etc.  That's all gravy.

The Challenge and the Charge to "Do Something For Men".....is deeper than all of that.

It's about Enlightening, Educating, & Empowering Men to become better MEN, HUSBANDS, and FATHERS.

As a Husband of 22 years and a father of 5...this is also about me becoming a better me.
